Calculators and estimators
Quote, pricing and ROI tools that turn a curious visitor into a lead who already knows what they want, and what it costs.
Bibeka designs and builds practical software: calculators, AI tools and custom apps that fix one real problem at a time.
Book a callSee what we buildMost businesses don't need another platform. They need one small tool that does one job properly.
Four kinds of tool, each shaped around one job. Try them: they run on sample data, so none of this is client work.
Quote, pricing and ROI tools that turn a curious visitor into a lead who already knows what they want, and what it costs.
One focused job, your own material, a person reviewing the result. Reports, drafts and research in minutes.
Replace the spreadsheet, the shared inbox and the colleague everyone has to ask. Requests, approvals and status in one place.
Have an idea? We sharpen the concept, design the experience, build a first version and get it in front of real customers.
Every tool starts with someone stuck on a slow, manual or unclear task. Pick a group to see what they'd get and how it gets used. The page cycles through them for you.
Contractors, agencies, studios and installers who lose hours quoting jobs for people who were never going to buy.
Fewer tire-kickers. Every inquiry arrives qualified.
Experts who sell advice and need a way to show a prospect their gap before the first call.
Your expertise sells itself before you pitch.
Teams that rewrite the same briefs, reports and posts every week and still miss deadlines.
Hours of drafting become minutes of reviewing.
Companies running on spreadsheets, shared inboxes and "ask Sarah" for anything important.
Work stops falling through the cracks.
People with a real idea and no appetite for a six-figure build before they know it works.
Proof from real users before you raise or hire.
Two tools we built for real businesses. Both are live, so you can try them yourself.
01 · Padel construction
Sport Angeles designs and builds padel courts in California. Almost every enquiry opened with the same question: what does a club actually cost? So we built a planner that answers it before anyone picks up the phone.
Example output from the live tool.
02 · Investor readiness
Menage Investor helps founders prepare to raise. Founders kept sending decks and asking what was wrong with them. So we built Deck Check: upload a document and get a comment on every slide before it goes out.
Says nothing an investor can repeat. Name who hurts and what it costs them.
No lengthy brief. We start from the problem and keep the steps short.
A call or a short written note. We ask what is slow, what it costs you, and who has to use the thing every day.
We sketch the screens and the logic, agree what is in and out of scope, and tell you what it will take before anything is built.
Short cycles, so you see working software early and often. AI speeds up the building. People check the work.
Once real people use it, we watch what they actually do and fix what matters most.
The best tools are built around real problems. Technology is more accessible than ever, so businesses no longer need to settle for generic software or accept inefficiency as normal. They can build what they actually need.
A note from the founder
I have spent years building brands, websites and digital businesses. The best moment never gets old: when something that only lived in someone’s head starts working in the real world.
Lately, the way companies get built and run is changing faster than I have ever seen. I could have written a post about it. I would rather find out by doing the work.
Bibeka is that experiment. What becomes possible when human judgment and taste meet the best new tools? Every tool we build has to answer that, and earn its place by solving a real problem for a real business.
Bring the problem, the idea you keep coming back to, or the tool you wish existed. A 30 minute call is enough to find out if we can help.
